Property Development Holding originates from a construction business entity founded in 2003 in Marbella, Spain. Having focused its activity in real estate development and management, currently the Property Development group includes 15 companies, most of which are special purpose vehicle companies established to develop and manage separate residential and/or commercial projects.

Over the last 5 years, the Property Development group has completed 9 real estate projects with total built-up area of over 65,000 sq.m. and has delivered to its clients 400 apartments, 40 offices, 60 shops and 200 garages for the total amount of EUR 120,000,000.
